Full body Swedish massage

60 minutes - £50


Full body Swedish massage uses long strokes, kneading, and circular motions to promote relaxation, improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, enhance flexibility, and restore physical and mental balance. Ideal for gentle, effective therapy.


Upper body Swedish massage

45 minutes - £40

Experience a 45 minute Upper Body Swedish Massage focused on the neck, shoulders, back, head and arms. This targeted treatment uses gentle, flowing strokes to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation specifically in the upper body. Ideal for those seeking concentrated relief and muscle recovery, it offers a more precise alternative to a full body massage, ensuring attention to areas that need it most.

Advanced Massage & Deep Tissue

Upper body - 55 minutes - £50

Full body - 75 minutes - £70

This treatment combines precise anatomical knowledge with effective, results-focused massage techniques. Designed to work beyond surface relaxation, advanced and deep tissue massage targets chronic tension, muscular tightness and postural imbalances.

Treatments are always adapted to the client, balancing depth with comfort, and aim to leave you feeling looser, more aligned and supported in your overall wellbeing.

Indian Head Massage -50 minutes -£50

Indian Head Massage is a relaxing treatment that focuses on the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders to help release tension and reduce stress. It can ease headaches, improve relaxation, and leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
